Daily Worship: A Church of Ireland Lectionary App
Daily Worship is an Android app developed by Thought Collective that provides a complete lectionary readings for every day of the church year. The app covers five services including Daily Prayer (Morning), Daily Prayer (Evening), A Late Evening Office, Compline, and Holy Communion. It contains all the authorized Church of Ireland content for the services. It also includes Bible readings, prayers, responses, collects, and Canticles. The app features low light mode to avoid disrupting other worshippers in a service. It also allows users to adjust the text size to suit the reader and browse by date to future or past readings for any day. Daily Worship is an excellent tool for personal daily reflection with readings and prayers shared with Anglicans across the world. It is also useful for anyone taking part in a Church of Ireland service, from preaching to leading worship and intercessions and reading the Bible. Additionally, it is helpful in preparing orders of service or projections for use in a parish setting.
